Another issue then arose later that evening and I phoned the emergency line and had Jamie here within 20 minutes who sorted that as well. I now have heat and hot water and am very pleased with the way that it has all happened.

I had two old radiators replaced and a water softener removed at home. Kian and Calvin carried out the work to a very high standard and were both courteous and professional. Due to my antiquated system, one radiator would not heat up. Kian arrived back promptly and was absolutely excellent in getting my whole system up and running effectively.
